Job Vacancy - CLERK AND RESPONSIBLE FINANCIAL OFFICER

Pilling Parish Council is looking to recruit a Clerk and Responsible Financial Officer.
The role includes:
- Setting the agenda for parish council meetings, attending the meetings and preparing minutes
- Managing the parish council finances
- Ensuring that the parish council has the appropriate policies and procedures
- Liasing with the upline manager to work with the Parish Lengthsman
- Managing Parish Council projects
- General administration
Hours: 17 hours per week
Salary: NJC Point LC2 points 26 – 28 (£16,000 – 16,840) for 17hours week
Pension: Local Government Pension Scheme
Leave: Includes two concessionary days to be taken over Christmas and bank holidays (pro rata)
